Returns & Cancellations
We, at Alamo Refrigeration would like to thank you for your purchase. Our primary goal is 100% customer satisfaction. In the event our customers become dissatisfied with their purchase, certain rules and guidelines must be followed for a refund or return. Alamo Refrigeration is NOT responsible for any and all freight damages or concealed freight damages. Should our customer suspect any DAMAGES, we ask that you please contact our offices immediately at (888)605-2653. We will assist with all instructions prior to signing your DELIVERY RECIEPT. You have the right to unpack each piece before signing the delivery receipt. If the merchandise is received and proper notations are made on the delivery receipt/ bill of lading, Alamo will in turn assist to ensure our customers are given fair market value of the claim. We may require that a digital picture be submitted for prompt assist with your claim. ALL SALES ARE FINAL and RETURNS ARE NOT ALLOWED WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION.
If merchandise is received WITHOUT any notifications or notations on the bill of lading/ delivery receipt before signing and accepting the goods, the customer accepts ALL freight claim responsibility. The customer has the right to open, inspect, and or refuse ANY product that is damaged. If the unit is refused due to damage, a FULL REFUND can be applied and a new order can be generated. However, please READ AND FOLLOW THE SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY!!! Carriers and Alamo Refrigeration are not responsible for concealed freight damage after you sign the delivery receipt/ bill of lading. All additional accessory charges: ie, lift gate, residential, institutional, trade show, inside delivery, or special request MUST BE approved and paid for prior to the shipment leaving the Alamo Refrigeration Warehouse. Alamo Refrigeration MUST approve all accessorial and or returns. All customers are responsible for inbound and return freight charges, including a 20% restocking fee after successfully receiving the merchandise. ALL merchandise must be returned in the original packaging. If the original packaging is no longer available, the receiving customer is responsible for proper pallet and packaging to ensure the freight carrier will accept the pick-up of the return merchandise. If the merchandise is older than 30 days, Alamo is NOT responsible to accept any return merchandise, used or unpackaged goods shall not be accepted. All excess charges and handling fees will be charged back at the customer’s expense. Seller has the right to sell goods, warrant and defend the right against lawful claims and demands of all persons.
